What should employees do when the company isn’t even performing regular performance reviews in the first place? Note that we’re in an industry which is largely sheltered by the recession, we’re growing and we’ve recently received some huge new clients.

Go over and read why a performance appraisal isn’t what you need.

This is not necessary that if we are in an industry that is hit by the recession, The thing is that why the performance appraisal is conducted, its conducted to reward those who had put there efforts and come up with extraordinary results.
What if we are in recession phase,
These employees are the one with whom struggle and motivation takes us from the recession to the boom.
Believe in your employees and achieve SUCCESS IN ^ DIGITS
