I am a very young female working with the adminstrative team at a government hospital. Because of my eagerness to gain experience, I am often invited to executive meetings and asked for my input. While I also have a ton of ideas and would share them with the team when I began the job, I quickly realized that I was not worknig in an environment that is open to change. Therefore, my hard work and research was appreciated but would never be instituted because it was changing how things were always done. I would take advantage of sharing the ideas even though you may not receive full recognition, especially if you know that your ideas will be instituted. Remember that while your boss my propose this to the team and not give public recognition that these were your ideas, both you and him will always know. When you are updating your resume they can be included and will look good to future employers that you had such great impact at your previous workplace.
