Dear Evil HR Lady,
I am an HR manager with a multinational corporation. Yesterday I received information about two employees having sex in the bathroom. Several staff members observed them, and apparently this is not the first episode — just the first time I’ve been informed. At what point do we terminate them?
To read the utterly obvious answer (yesterday!) click here: How to handle sexual misconduct at work.
Wow. Just wow. With an HR manager this week, is it any wonder why people hate HR? What else are they not acting on?
I actually sent the person two different emails clarifying what was going on because I can’t believe he/she needed an outside opinion. Sex in the bathroom=not appropriate.
Weak. Yikes.
Why couldn’t I have worked there when I was young and single!
It brings literal meaning to “screwing around” on the job.
