Professionally, I’m not in Employee Relations or Staffing. Why? Because I don’t like people. Okay, I do like people. In fact, there are even people that I love. Just not people who whine (what employee relations deals with) or people who lie (what staffing reps deal with).
But, I’m all about making your life better. So, if you ask me a question, I’ll do my best to answer it and I promise to only mock you if you deserve it.
Is HR there for the company or the staff? If either was the last kid on the football team pick list, who would be on your team?
What I’m getting at, is would you protect the rights of your company employees as vehemently as you would your bosses slightly off the beaten track whims?
