My boss accidentally sent out all store manager’s salaries. This has happened twice in the past four months. That being said, I found I am the third lowest paid (my store is fourth out of fourteen for highest sales volume).I brought this to my manager’s attention and I keep getting the run around. I had to create an impact and contrition list which I gladly did due to the fact I have contributed more than my peers over my three year with the company. I get the impression that my boss hasn’t even talked to HR yet, and I don’t want to go about her head but I feel the large pay gaps are alarming considering we are all store managers.
