But somehow, “5.6% of employees say they will start looking for a new job if they have to return to the office!” doesn’t get all those juicy hits that headline writers crave.

    If you want to extend your reach and become a true influencer, top voice, and mover and shaker, you’re going to have to stop with all this checking the headlines against the actual content, verifying what the numbers actually say, and telling your readers the reality of what’s actually happening.

    I mean, who wants, and who has time for, all that?

    Middle managers who either need to justify their existence or crave petty power,

    Landlords and bankers in the commercial real estate business, and

    People who lack any kind of friends without coworkers or hate their home life and need an escape.
