Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign is in full swing and as such, she needs a staff. And indeed, she just dropped almost 100 job opportunities. Of course, these are temporary positions, but on the plus side, candidates probably won’t have to go through three months of interviews to land a job.

These are all normal political campaign jobs with normal job descriptions. But one thing stands out to me, and it’s something you should copy for your own job postings: the salaries.

What makes these salaries outstanding

I agree with the delineation of what salary is applied to having certain required job skills ( learned and actual experience) because it at least clarifies exactly what the company expects of their potential employees and eliminates the assumptions on both sides of worth value. Everyone overestimates their self-worth to the employer and no one is going to turn down a higher salary if offered. So the only thing missing from this is how to differentiate the quality to a standard of job skills that can be measured, not by verbal statement but by actual job performance.
